rheumatoid arthritis & parisites?

I read on this web site that Rheumatoid Arthritis is caused by parasites--in all parts of body...has anyone else read this--my neighbor has suffered with this almost all her life--how should I go about convincing her of this--her doctors have told her that it is an autoimmune disease that cannot be cured--she is on alot of medication and has excruciating pain and depression. Anyone else suffer from this disease that has got success with natural stuff--I would appreciate any replys.
