Andreas has a simple version, it doesn't involve any supplements besides Epsom Salts . just olive oil and grapefruit juice. but... there really is a whole protocol to it. to do just a Liver Flush without being able to go get a colonic or doing bowel cleansing wouldn't be good... esp. if you are really sick. some people can get away with doing the flushes without the colonics/bowel stuff. but its not that way for everyone, and people that are very ill (myself included here) have no business letting all the toxic materials from the Liver Flush into their colon without making sure that the colon is able to get rid of all of it. for a specific thing that's in you like roundup, have you consindered infra red saunas? although probably if you have to drive 40 miles to a store, you are probably way out of range for a sauna. sometimes health clubs and hotels have saunas that you can use. the sauna would help the roundup get detoxed via the skin, without all of it having to go through your liver, without all the supplements which may or may not help you detox the round up quicker. less wear and tear on your innards. i bought a sauna since i was too ill to travel out of my apartment. i had a heavy detox to do - latex, and prednisone.
