My gallbladder had a 2.8 cm (~1") calcified stone in the neck of the gallbladder.
Because of this no bile flow, the wall thickened from 0.3 cm to 4.2 cm and the gallbladder was inflammed. By flushing the stone became free floating and the gallbladder was able to start working again and it healed the inflammation and the the wall shrunk back to normal.
