Top 3 Nastiest Cures Tried?

I just started Part 2 of an intestinal cleanse - bentonite/charcoal, 5X per day...pretty nasty, but it got me thinking about all those other horrible things i've swallowed in my quest to get well. Lots of contenders, but here's my 3:

3 - Grapefruit/Olive oil with the really heavy dark green oil. Mmm Mmmm.
2 - Epsom Salts ...how i look forward to my liver flushes.
1 - Chinese Herbs - the winner by a country mile. The strangest, nastiest collection of forest floor sweepings you can imagine...boiling them up made my place smell really nice...Still wonder if this may have been some kind of revenge for the whole Opium War thing...
