Severe Pounding/Throbbing Feeling Inside Abdomen

I was wondering if anyone has experienced a feeling of intense pounding/throbbing/beating/pulsating that seems to come from their abdominal area when they are hungry. I feel that it may be caused by a fish tapeworm. It is a very, very strong beating.
