One more thing, for me, the mucoid plaque didn't simply drop. I could feel it inside, especially along the outside edges of my spine. I applied pressure with my hands to that area along each side of the spine, pressing from about mid-back downward, and this helped to eliminate the waste, along with some rather extensive twisting, turning and arching of my back to help work the mucoid plaque out.
