Water Parasite

Hi,
I just had a live blood analysis done, and was told I have water paracites.
SO ...... are there places that will test my water for this?

And What water filter system should I get? I have a well

Edited to add I talked with my ND again and he said it was mycoplasma.. but not sure what type.... HELP! Should I do a cleanse? Testing for it in my water is over $100!
