They could all very well be Tapeworms because of the notches.

When I did a Tapeworm cleanse using CoQ10, a few long white ones came out. I also had what you describe as sea weed. These were about two inches long, flattish and split on one side. Since the notch characteristic of the Tapeworm was obvious, I concluded that these were old Tapeworm skins which had released the eggs. Yuck, yes, I did unfold one.

Glad they're no longer in you. Whatever you're using seems very powerful!
