Are you taking the three items separately or did you buy them in one bottle together? I initially went to the heath food store and bought the items separately as I was impatient waiting to get my Clarkia through the mail. I used the items I bought from the health food store for 4 days and didn't see any difference. About the 5th I received my Clarkia which has all three herbs in a tincture and immediately I noticed the difference in the quality and taste of the herbs. The same day I used it I could tell it was working.

I wonder if the quality of your herbs has anything to do with your not seeing any results? About the 3rd day of Clarkia I believe I started feeling "die off" symtoms: Flu like symtoms which lasted 3 days or so.
