1st time cleanse, how to take pills/ what to eat?

Hi,
This is my 1st try at a cleanse, I am taking Parastroy after reading about all the parasites, etc. I am a little confused about when to take the pills, it says twice a day, one pill before meals and one between. Is there a problem if I take the pills together? Or should there be so many hours btwn. meals?
I have a hard time remembering to take these.
Also, what foods are best to eat during this to help with the cleanse.
How long should I do this first cleanse. I am following the directions on the Parastroy.
I have several health problems and was hoping this would help, they are chronic eczema, sinus problems, very low energy, depression, anxiety, stomach problems.
