HELP! Sudden fever and diarhea on parasite cleanse!

I had a case of sudden diarhea and a fever. With some help from everyone, I want to know what could have caused this sickness and what can I do about it. But first some background information:

I am on my third week of Parastroy but became very sick Monday. In light of a fever and bouts of diarhea I stopped taking it. I had to miss school Tuesday and Wednesday (had no school Thursday). I am getting better but I still have that fever and today have gone to the bathroom atleast 14 times. I took 2 tablespoons of Colloidal Silver and own the $110 Terminator zapper but these did not help me. I am taking Tylenol and it appears to be helping me on my fever.

However the fever is still active and the diarhea doesn't seem to give up. There is interesting things coming out of me though. I saw a lot of green stringy things. Could those things be parasites?
