Annie - something that is a hot topic in a lot of books, that has been a practice inmany traditions for thousands of years is "mindfulness" - being grounded in the here and now. We cannot change our past, and to worry about the future is a waste of today. I believe that it is a major task of healing to truly LIVE in today, otherwise we miss soo much that we cannot get back - it is a cycle we can break - I believe meditation is a means for us to focus on here and now - and especially when we have health problems - add that to just 'daily' life - and the state of the world. . . .well, it can get overwhelmeing. I really believe in the serenity prayer. We cannot change others, only proceed with our own journey! We cannot know tomorrow, but can really stop and experience >right now< - which most of the time is pretty amazing, if we just let ourself release all the crappy thoughts, and worries and 'what ifs' and "oh I wish". . . .
I think meditation is a tremendous practice that helps us 'get to now' and then we are more able to focus on ourselves and true solving of problems, instead of living them! Including in our dreams!
I don't know what worms are in there, but I feel that tingle, in my left back shoulder/ribs area a lot. . . I don't like it one bit!

But. . .I do have good news to share! I am going to another city next month and found a great healing center that does closed system colonics! And I am going to go get one! First I will have a phone consult to be certain to do all I can to prepare,.

Yes, this weekend is first liver flush! I am really going to do it! I will come back and 'share' here!
