It is calculated by body weight. I printed out the page before I did anything so I could look at it as needed. Just make sure you calculate it correctly. You need to figure out how much you weigh in Kiligrams first, and than take 20 mg per kiligram. The way I figured it, 1 pound equals .4536 kiligrams. I weigh 125 pounds, or about 56.70 killigrams, which means I take 1134 mg. I took 2 600 mg tablets per dosage. I had said earlier on a post today, that I thought I took it twice per day, but I know I really took it 3 times, as the link says. I followed the link to the letter on that. I cut the pills up to smaller sizes and gulped them down. Don't chew them.
