I've had chronic insomnia for more than 7 years now (maybe 10). Frequently I wake between 2:30 and 3:30 AM. I've tried so many things, from drugs to red wine to chamomile to minerals to meditation and combinations of things.
I've done a few gallbladder flushes and now am doing the whole bowel cleanse/ parasite/ gallstone/ Liver Flush protocol. I'd be thrilled to have some regular, restful sleep, as it's been maybe 5 years since I had 3 nights of restful sleep in a row.
I'll keep trying, and looking for a natural remedy. For me, doctors have been, for the most part, glorified drug salesmen.
