ketchup, I also have blastocystis hominis and have tried metronidazole with no success. Actually things are worse than ever. Did you have any symptoms, if so what were they?
Have you had a stool sample tested since the meds? I have heard of Flagyl failing to wrok in many cases..maybe you are one of the lucky ones.
