Congratulations!

It looks like you got out the calcified stones that are easily seen on ultra sound. I read that if the stones aren't calcified they won't show up on the ultra sound. If you are still feeling "full" then try flushing again and see if you get out the newer soft stones that that haven't calcified yet.
