Well, flushing friends, my 6th flush is imminent! ES/GF cocktail time is less than 30 minutes away. It's all mixed & chilling, including the Stevia which is a must for me… in the OO/GF also; makes it all quite palatable. I’ve only had juices & tea today so I’m hoping for a productive flush tonight. Remembering my apprehension the first time I flushed, I’m so glad I just went ahead & did it! I really look forward to flushing now, believe it or not. The results make it all so worthwhile. Who knows how many diseases we're preventing!

Still waiting for those lovely, green humongous stones. Maybe tonight’s the night!
