Any other fix for FLAT STOOL?

I have been using Oxypowder and I just had a solid BM but they are still THIN and FLAT. Another person's response was that it could be a prolapsed colon, I do have that sensation of bloating but without any laxatives, I never have diarreah. Is it time to have a colonoscopy or continue with cleansing? I am 31 years old, no known cases of colon cancer in my family, either mothers side or fathers side.
