Started hydrocolon therapy. Should I combine it with taking P&B Shakes?

Started doing hydrocolon therapy at clinic. Today i was 3rd time out of 10 aranged. Should I combine it with taking P&B Shakes or something like that?
Nutrition doctor told me what should i eat and what food to avoid. But he didn't told me anything about taking some staff like P&B shakes to help getting out old residues from my colon...

Is recommended to take some herbal bowel cleansers, P&B Shakes while doing colon hydrotherapy?
