Re: GREAT Question & Comment!! Re: Anyone used "BIOXY CLEANSE"
Whatever works for ya...gettin' the junk outta there and getting it healthy is what it's all about :)
People can (and definitely do) 'get into trouble' with anything & everything! Of course, psyllium can dehydrate your body, so can Magnesium. But if you take a boatload of psyllium and drink enough water, you'll be fine. If you take a boatload of Magnesium, it doesn't matter HOW much water you drink, it'll dehydrate you right into the ER :(
It's wise to be cautious and adequately educated about any treatment (natural, herbal or otherwise)...and with "Big Brother Pharmaceutical" out there, it takes a lot of research to get to the truth. For example, it is possible for
Bentonite to interfere with the absorbtion of some things (or neutralize them), but when a colon is lined with mucoid plaque and putrefying toxic fecal matter, absolutely EVERYTHING one eats has to seep through all that toxic junk as it enters the bloodstream...every nutrient gets toxified. (yucko + major strain on the liver 24 hours a day). So using
Bentonite for a short period to suck out the toxins thoroughly so that future nutrients can be absorbed purely & correctly seems well worth the loss of few nutrients in the long run (to me anyway). And psyllium is a fabulous aid to the liver in it's fat processing. So I feel really good about using the ole "P & B" combo when colon cleansing. While the "P" is diggin' in deeply to the crevices and bowel pockets to loosen up all the toxic junk, the "B" absorbs the majority of the toxins like a sponge...and when it comes out, you can see exactly 'what's going on in there' :)
Always keep this in mind when you do your research on herbs (and deal with your fear):
It's a RARE herbal preparation that will do lasting damage by taking even a whole bottle full; but almost EVERY Over-The-Counter or Pharmaceutical/chemical concoction will KILL you if you take a whole bottle. Now THAT'S scary to me :)
Like I said before...do whatever it takes to get the junk outta there!
Flush ON,
