1rst 7-day oxypowder regimen completed...a few questions..

I finished my 1rst round of Oxypowder yesterday. I found it very easy to take. There was no cramping or discomfort. I don't have any chronic digestive problems, but do have the occasional bout of constipation(which can be directly related to what I've been eating). I've occasionally taken Senna leaf tea for this. No more! For me, senna is very harsh. Lots of cramping.
I guess I need to take back the statement that I don't have chronic digestive problems. Regular bms do not equal good digestion. In the last year or so, I have developed distension in my abdomen(impossible to suck in that gut!) After the Oxypowder , the distension is gone...I'm thrilled!
With Oxypowder I found that most of the elimination happened in the morning, as usual, with a couple more trips to the bathroom in the afternoon and early evening. The bms were completely liquified. No smell. Today, however, with a solid bm I could identify what I ate yesterday. Normal bm color, but veg fibers apparent (cherry skins). Is that normal? I've been eating yogurt daily so I should have a thriving population of "good bacteria".
Also, while on oxypowder I did not feel that the volume of waste matter excreted was any more than my intake...although the flattening of my belly seems to me an indication that I did release some old "crap"! Any thoughts on this? Does it take repeated oxypowder regimens to really cleanse, like the liver flush?
While on oxypowder I was not tired or weak, although I did get very very sleeeepy (at my normal 9-10 p.m.) And I slept really well..
I like oxypowder. I would definitely use it again. There was no discomfort. There was LOTS of gurgling. Even though the bms were liquified, there was no fear of "accidents"-no sense of urgency- it didn't feel like the diarrhea that one would get while ill. My belly flattened. I've lost weight(don't know how much, the scale is my sworn enemy). Two thumbs up!
