A Cure for Constipation

I found this cure for constipation quite accidentally. I was trying to cure Acne and body oder when I decided to take Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid). A website said to take massive quantities. I did and I am regular. In addition, I don't have to force it. At first it is almost like diarreah, then your body adjusts somewhat.

I bought the Vitamin B5 over the internet. Twin labs sells 200 capsules at 500mg for under 10 bucks. Also Jarrow Formulas does the same. The 500mg tabs contain around 5000% DV. This Acne treatment said that you need to "shock" your body with the vitamin so I was taking 5 tablets 4 times a day. This is a lot especially since your body only needs like 11mg total each day. Vitamin B5 is non-toxic so the FDA has no limit on how much to take. It won't harm you. I researched that well.

Anyway, it is still too early to tell how this product works with Acne and/or body oder. You are supposed to see results no earlier than a month. I was thinking if I was taking this for just constipation, I would taper off and see how much I needed to take to stay regular.

For constipation, it has worked wonders. I encourage you to try this method. A few minutes after I wake up, I have to go. Right after lunch, I go again. When I come home from work, yet again. I may even go an additional time before I turn in. Being thin, I eat a lot because I am a guy and I don't want to lose weight. It is my belief that there is no way you can remain constipated when taking this vitamin. Of course, after initially taking massive doses of it, you can probably decrease to a point where you don't have to take nearly as much. I hope this helps.
