Is this mucoid plaque or parasites?

After doing a coffee enema, I used the restroom and just released the coffee liquid. Then a few minutes later I had yet another urge, so I returned and had a small releasing, but this time I had some white fluffy stuff with brown, snot-textured strings attached. Picture is above. Tweet
