a question about bowel cleanse

Hi, I was recommended Dr Christopher's Quick Bowel Cleanse two formulas also known as Intestinal Formulas as a sub for Dr Schulze's formulas because they are too strong for me. I have contacted the online shops but they cannot tell me what is the daily dosage. Can someone please help me find this out. I do not know who to ask.
