Well, i'm no expert but this is what I plan to do. bear in mind I'm going to use holistic horizons cleansing tablets as I'm not a fan of clay.
right now I grind up 2Tbs of flax seeds in a coffee grinder real fine and take them mixed in with 8oz of water an hour before a meal. I do this once a day now but plan to increase in steadily to 3 times a day. Once I'm at this level i'll introduce the cleansing tablets.
you might try slippery elm bark as well as this is very soothing to the guts. I'm not sure how it's work with the cleansing tabs and you'd have to ask someone with more knowledge than me on dosing, but the general rule is suck it and see. In other words, build up slooooooowly and gauge it on your bodies response.
