4 yr old-GREEN STRINGY THINGS in bowels-PARASITES?

My 4 yr old has been under the treatment of a DAN doctor for metabolic and other health issues. He really hadn't had any "normal" brown stools until we started seeing her at age 3 1/2. She treated him for yeast as well as other deficiences. He has had "normal" stools mixed with diarrhea and constipation, and he has had a few stools that are green and once blue green. The doctor said the green stool was coming from his Liver Flushing all at once.

Well, on the day he had the blue green stool, he also had these green things that looked stringy. I thought it was chicken he had eaten and not digested, and the stingy things were tendon or something. The things I thought was chicken were off-white, fuzzy, and kinda tough.

Tonight I gave him some Milk of Magnesia, and he messed in him pants. When I was cleaning him up, I noticed in the brown stool the green stringy things and I think the chicken things again.

Could this be parasites?
