Re: Whats the difference between magnesium, vit C verses Oxypowder?

I once asked a similar question. A lot of people say they like to use magnesium, so my Q was can I combine it with lemonjuice. The answer was no, sorry to say I can't find the post right now, I have so many and this is at least 2 years ago. ES is magnesium sulfate and that must be different too.

Here is an different Q from someone in Canada who wanted to know about a different brand she could find in Canada, may be it will help someone. I don't have the knowledge and understand it.
