Well, processed and unnatural foods are certainly not a factor here, but perhaps high fruit-content is. What you said about raw food in a cold climate is interesting. Since autumn and winter are not so far away (and a Scottish winter at that!) I have been wondering how my body will cope on raw fruits and vegetables.
I think perhaps I will continue flushing and remove all fruit from my diet for a while. Stopping the tooth powder may be wise also, as it makes no sense to me to put darkening of the teeth down to re-mineralisation!
Do you mind explaining exactly why a raw food diet in a cold climate is detrimental to the teeth? (I assume since it might harm the teeth that the rest of the body suffers also.)
