What do you mean? How much do you take as the doseage? They have 120 pills in a bottle. I think most people take about 5 a day; but I had to take 10 (I may have been more extreme). The stuff is WONDERFUL!!! I felt like a kid again after a week; and now on the maintainance dose I actually can see my 6 pack abs coming back!!! Perfectly flat tummy; I keep getting compliments! :)
