Capco, re: hair issues...
I wrote this below:
...All I've done so far is try a little slurry of Pascalite (say, a teaspoonful in my palm with enough drops of warm water to make it the texture of thick cream soup.)
In the shower, I worked this into wet hair, sort of the way I'd use shampoo. Then I rinsed it thoroughly.
It seemed like the lower back of the head hair was a bit gummy - not quite clean - but I went ahead and set it in rollers, anyway.
My hair turned out great! Nice and clean and silky all over.
I'll keep on using Pascalite in this way!
I also tried a little slurry on sweaty spots. So far so good. One itchy place stopped bothering me and feels 'protected'.
I wash the clay off at least once every day.

Today, I haven't yet washed my hair again, still it feels great! ...Not even unclean, and has more body than in years.
I think we have something here.
Perhaps even 'baby' shampoo is too efficient, stripping away too much. I can't help but imagine what it was doing to my scalp!
I've been using a little Pascalite in my mouth, as well, with fine results.
Clay, used in any quantity, will stop up the drains, and this clay is very rare, so I've only used tiny amounts...say two teaspoonfuls in a week. But, in every external use to date it has not disappointed me.
I read that the lungs clean away 70% of the wastes of burning energy (carbon dioxide?) If we have super-efficient ways of drawing toxins out of the skin, the whole body must benefit, don't you think?
