Interesting- maybe the magnesium had time to build up in your system since you'd been taking some every day for a while. Or maybe the cascara sagrada exercised your bowel and got things going. Hmmmm.
Thanks for thinking of me- that's so thoughtful of you ;-) However, I don't think the ES ig a great long term solution ( fine for short term tho ). I'm in the process of taking a really high bacterial count probiotic to see if that gets me moving regularly again. My friend in the UK said it got her going two or three times a day ( but she always has one bm a day anyway ). I'll certainly let you know. I really think for me, getting the good flora established again, is the way to go.
