laxative tea taken...what now??

I drank my laxative tea tonight. I want to do a seven day fast and am interested in also flushing my liver and kidneys since I read that helps acne. I'm sooo confused about the order of doing things. I also have a colonic scheduled this saturday. Advice and support wanted.
