Try Yerba Prima Great Plaines liquid Bentonite or Sonne's #7 Detoxificant liquid bentonite. Mix 1 Tbs with each dose of psyllium that you take in 8-10oz of water and follow by another large glass of water. Start with 1 dose a day and, as your body adjusts to the higher fiber intake, increase your dosage as needed.
