I was wondering that myself and was thinking that maybe it would be better to take Greens Plus later in the day? I'm not sure. Any ideas on that? For me, I don't consider Greens Plus a supplement because it is the only way I'll get the nutrients from vegetables. Let me repeat....I hate veggies. And even though I've tried to force myself to eat them and prepare them different ways, they just make eating miserable for me. There are a few I like such as peas, corn, peppers, onions, lettuce. But the best for you ones like brocolli, brussel sprouts, green beans, etc. just make me gag. Anyways, feedback would be helpful.
