Please does anybody know what AST,ALT and ALK PHOS #'s mean

I just got results for my sons blood test back his levels are AST 89 Alt 179 and ALK PHOS 67 I know these numbers are not good as the doctor wants to see him tuesday..I was just wondering if its possable that with doing a tetra cleanse and physilluim and flax and probotics could cause his liver to be dumping things and therefore elevated I had him taken of some medication about a month ago because of elevated levels.. now they are higher than they were then I tried searching for the answers but am not having much luck and thought maybe someone here can either

1.ease my mind
2.maybe give me some good links
3.tell me what I should do
4.what questions to ask the doctor

It seems like he is feeling better off the medications so I am just floored by the news......
