Enemas v Colonics?

I have been doing cleansing enemas. It takes me quite a bit of time to get out clean water after massaging and changing positions to try to get all areas. I don't understand the advantage of colonic irrigation over enemas. Or, is there an advantage? What I don't understand is that, since they both seem to put water in the same way, what is the differenece if you release waste on the table or head to the toilet and keep repeating the process? I would like to get colonics if there is an added benefit, but I don't want to spend the money if it isn't anything more than what I can do at home. Any thoughts? Thanks. Tweet
