Best way to get mucoid plaque out?

I have been doing Dr Clark's Bowel Cleanse consisting of turmeric,fennel,2teaspoons of Black-Walnut hull tincture and senna for the last 3weeks but have not seen any dark bits of mucoid plaque. Perhaps this is not the right formula? I'm sure I need a proper Bowel Cleanse from my symptoms. Would anyone be kind enough to give the recipe that worked for you? Many thanks.Deotima.
