2 Teaspoons or 2 Tablespoons for Salt Water Flush?

Hi,

I'm going to do the salt water flush tommorow but I have doubts on if I should use 2 table spoons or tea spoons of Sea Salt . Most sources say tea spoons but someone in the following thread said that Shelly from askshelly.com said table spoons.
