Want to deal with pain more effectively and safely?

Well, I am 19. I did a bowel cleanse, Dr. Shulze's, about 2 or 3 years ago. I had pretty much no results. No rubbery stuff. I just got done with a secone one, and I had all together, about 10 inches of it, and only just today, yesterday was the last day I took the cleanse. Before that the stool was just green looking, without the rubbery texture.

Dunno.
