18 and blessed herbs?

Hi!

I am infected with dientamoeba fragilis, and took a drug called Flagyl which did't help.
I am now going to get another drug that should be more effective, and I really want to do a Bowel Cleanse before I start on the medication.

I have heard that "blessed herbs" has a good bowel cleanse, is it worth the money?
And should I fast the five days that I use the bowel cleanse?
I heard that it is not good to fast when you are at my age, is that true?

People here are talking about pre-cleanse, what is that?
