Basic questions

I have a few questions for all you experts! I am sold that I have plaque and almost surely candidia overgrowth. It seems like bentonite, psylium and caproil are the way to go. (sorry for spelling errors) I tried MC, I made it to the 4th day, I was way too irritable to be an effective wife and mother, so I'll try that one again when hubby isn't so busy and can let me slide a little. I need to know how to get/make what I need for the other way. I have a Co-op catalog, but I can't find what I need. Are there specific brand names that make these? My Co-op goes by manufacturer, not item, and there are THOUSANDS of entries. What can I expect in the way of start up costs and side effects? Right now I am taking Ultimate Cleanse by Natures Secret, it has helped a little, but everyone here seems to say great things about Bentonite- I would like to try it as well. Tweet
