The Colonix also contains psyllium and one of my personal favs slippery elm.
The eliminations will be bulked up by the extra fiber of either Colonix or Blessed Herbs. So do not be surprised by the increased size of the stools.

If you have an older model low flow toilet, you may want to keep the plunger handy whatever type of cleanse you use:) But otherwise no special precautions need be taken.
