P&B shakes - to fast or not to fast?

I read that fasting while taking the P&B shakes is the best idea. On thursday night I had a p&b shake before bed, and on friday I had 5 of them with no food. When I woke up on saturday morning (after little sleep) I was a total wreck - I was shaking, I could barely get out of bed! So I dunno if I'd be able to do that again.

My question is, can a p&b cleanse be carried out along with a relatively normal diet? And how long before i start passing MP? If fasting really is the best option, how does one cope with the nauseous, weak feeling?

Also, I got very constipated over the past 2 days after the 6 or 7 shakes, even though I drank loads of water. If it wasn't for enemas I dunno what I'd do.

Finally, I want to do a Liver Flush to help my skin, but I can't afford to get colonics..so what can I do to get the stones out of my digestive system safely and without reabsorption of the toxins?

thanks for reading.
