Re: colon cleanse and cronic fatigue syndrome

I personally was suffering from Chronic Fatigue(sleeping 18hrs per day with little energy to do anything else when I was awake!!. I just laid in bed like a vegetable not being able to concentrate let alone think for long(I tried reserching & reading but that was extremely difficult). I was totally depressed (as I have three children & a husband to care for)& performed the liver/gall cleanse with the olive oil/grapefruit juice/ Epsom Salts etc. This was three years ago now. My energy increased immediately by about 75% & I passed about 120 stones!!!. I was also put on many other things such as aloe vera, cleansing soups, vitamin/mineral supplements (can't remember the rest). It took about three months to feel human again but thankfully I have never returned to that state again although I do go back & forwards as I have not maintained programs or healthy living habits. I am now trying to eliminate Systemic Candida once & for all(which I believe is at the very centre of my problems) & am getting ready for many more cleanses & supplements/treatments. I am constantly reading these sites & learn something new everyday & finally feel that I now have some sort of control over these things. Anyway, what I am trying to say is keep searching & try as many things as you can.
