Bowel cleansing with colosan

Hi,
Last night I did my first Colon Cleanse using Colosan. This morning my 1st BM was tan colour. After morning dose of Colosan
appr. 2 hours I had another BM but GREEN and quite smelly.
Later on there were three more BM's all tan colour.
I have hadache all day and foggy brain, feel quite sick actually. Has anyone done Bowel Cleanse using Colosan, what are the goal posts to look for? I intend to do this cleanse for 4 weeks and take Colosan twice a day, first thing in the morning and before bed at night. I do this in conjunction with intention
to do Liver Flushes every two weeks.
