I am enclosing some links from different forums. You probably have found out that there are different protocols the way you can do things. I read them all but basically I follow Ask Andreas Moritz Forum and make changes here and there. Since he is good and I like that it is based on Ayurvedic medicine (thousands years old).
Don't do master cleanse too harsh, same with psyllium. Nausea feeling often happens with liver/gallbladder trouble. Start liver flush, will help digestion too.
Read his forum daily for your own education, I also read Ask MH, liver and bowelcleanse daily.
Other people follow Clark and Schulze.

So read up on everything before you start swallowing things.
