hi the roaring i had too, i think its from the Oxypowder ..I use the kind in canada but its the same stuff...it settles down after awhile i am on day6 and that doesnt happen anymore. The bms settle down too i take the max now so its up to you. Its still watery but its really dark,so its definatly the old gunk inside me. I take it in the morning and afternoon but mine is powder you mix with water i also take it at around 10pm as you go on the bms settle down and it wont be allnight..hope this helps
