Accupunture or Deep Tissue Massage Okay During Cleanse?

I'm doing Dr. Natura's Colonix program and would love to get a deep tissue massage for ongoing shoulder problems but I'm not sure if I can do it during the cleanse since it will release a lot of toxins. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Same with accupuncture. Good or bad?
