Oh, it isn't a *time* constraint, it's a tummy constraint. :)
I kept forgetting to make more shakes because I was full. My new DR {holistic medicine} has me on all kinds of supplemental herbs, EFAs, tinctures, etc, & I think I was concerned that the P&B would absorb some of the vitamins. I know to wait one hour either side of a shake, but the supplements are 5 times a day for now. & that makes me feel *full*. to add a shake.... I'd probabally stop eating all togetehr. lol! Maybe I should just wait on the P&Bs until I can lighten my *pill load*? I know... excuses, excuses. ;)))))
