My local health food store carries Mag 07, which is basically the same as Oxypowder . I kind of like Mag 07 better - you take 3 capsules 2-3 times a day, which evens out your bowel movements throughout the day, as opposed to the morning diarrhea with Oxypowder . You can also purchase Mag 07 online, so feel free to read up on it before going to the health food store.
